We practice Himalayan Hatha Yoga pioneered by Yogi Ashokananda who is a practising master of yoga and meditation as well as a speaker on humanity & spiritual philosophy. This ancient practice is strong yet supportive in working through the entire body cleansing and energising through sequencing.
Traditional KaraTe Do is historically rooted in various practices including Yoga. There are many elements of KaraTe which are complimentary and synonymous with Yoga. The philosophy of EmptyHands Yoga is to return the Traditional elements of KaraTe to its roots, thereby embracing the practice of Himalayan Hatha Yoga.
You can expect a complete challenging workout for the whole body through breathing exercises, warm up sequences to inverted postures, twists, forward bends, back bends and lateral postures.
There is no age limit, previous experience, nor a need to be supple to practice this hidden gem.
