We teach traditional Yang family Tai Chi Chuan based on the principles and teachings of Master Ding Academy.
Our classes run every week in Ilford (Thurs – 6pm to 7pm) and Epping (Tues – 6:30pm to 8:30pm) These classes require advance booking. Please contact us via our contacts page for further information.
