EmptyHands Yoga is principally based on Himalayan Hatha Yoga which was developed by Yogi Ashokananda. We also incorporate teachings from other modalities such as Karate, Tai Chi and Shiatsu to form a practice to help alleviate everyday stresses.

Our drop-in classes run every Thursday from 8-9pm. We also provide dedicated sessions upon request. Feel free to contact us via contacts page for further information or booking.
